Processing and shipping
The processing time is 2-3 business days for the order to ship out. When your order has been processed and shipped out you will then receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking email, your order will deliver within 5-7 business days.
How to properly manage and take care of your tresses
Hair Care:

Always detangle your hair extensions before washing.​
When washing your extensions make sure to use cool or warm temperature water. (This is also healthy for your real tresses as well.)
Gently massage your extensions starting at the top. This helps avoid tangling the hair (especially longer extensions)
When washing and detangling your hair extensions start from the ends and work your way up using your brush/comb.
Please make sure to AIR dry your hair extensions.
PREFERRED TIP: Allow your conditioner to sit on the hair for 20-30 minutes. It is guaranteed to give your tresses extreme softness and luster.
